- a full case history

- observations of your pulse and tongue

- development of a personally tailored treatment plan

- your first treatment

subsequent treatments .............

- will take 45 minutes to 1hour.

- very fine sterile needles are inserted into specific points on the body

- these stimulate the bodies own natural healing responses

- other techniques such as acupuncture, moxibustion,

   cupping and electro-acupuncture may also used
